This can happen if we get new people as Secretaries of Energy, Interior, and a couple of others. Well, we do have to get a new President to accomplish those changes but that could get easier and easier to accomplish.

Or, North Dakota could do whatever the he11 they wanted to do with their land without the federal government having any authority whatsoever to tell them what to do as was intended. But since we passed that point about 75 years before I was born, yeah.

We should also lobby Obama, in the unlikely event he is re-elected. I read in the WSJ interview it could bring in enough to pay the national debt. Also that ND is pulling in so much money it may drop both the property and income tax.

I see you may not have seen some of the ND people talking about how low unemployment is up that way. Also, you haven't read any ads for jobs in ND. I guess they just don't seem to want to hear the environmentalists since they like money too much. When treehuggers start playing games those people may pull their weapons and use their 2nd Amendment rights.

Maybe you need to check out the per capita figures for all 50 states concerning the amount of money being made.

The thing about this one that really bothers Obama is that without drilling offshore we can become energy independent along with Canada. Obama doesn't want to see that happen.

Better canada than China or the ME. But If we can do it on our own that would be best.

Just like what we're doing in the Marcellus Shale formation in our own backyard here in Pa. I'm against oil production in the U.S. though, because we can't keep 100% of our own oil
