The unions strike again. When will idiot liberals wake up and realize that you can't promise the moon to government employees? The bill always comes due.

Central Falls is a community made up almost entirely of low-wage immigrants who don't speak English.

If it makes you feel better, think of all the public funds going to support those immigrants as corporate welfare. Since the corps hiring those immigrants are the beneficiaries.
