What is "hate"? I think calling people "teabaggers", "trailer trash", etc. is quite hateful, and abundant here at City-Data. How can you seriously be concerned over some other perceived "hate"?

The complete 'nutbars' you are referring to are calling for a RATIONAL approach to governance.....they are saying that we cannot continue to spend more money than we take in....they are saying that when the government needs more money they should NOT just print more!! they are saying that China is BUYING our debt and we are in a position where we cannot pay them back!! And we cannot gain any leverage against China in the trade imbalance that is crippling us on the JOBS front when we OWE them so much money!!
If there are NUTBARS around it is the liberal LEFT who somehow think that our debt will magically disappear!! OR maybe if they tax the SH** out of the rich, they can pay the debt down. Again... Your concepts and expectations show just how out of touch you are with reality!!

That is the ONLY thing keeping Obama from adding another TRILLION in debt for ANOTHER bailout / stimulus package that has been shown TWICE now that it does NOT work!! This guy is a one trick pony...throw MONEY at the situation and don't address the REAL ISSUE...being that the government is too BIG and cannot operate on the revenue that is currently being taken in...AND the illegal immigrants that pour into this country are breaking our social programs.

If the nutbars had let the President actually try some of his solutions, then things might be approaching the conditions we enjoy here in Canada because of those very same policies that he advocated in the election.
In the USA it's the right that has caused almost all of the problems you are facing right now. Their policies not only created a huge fiscal problem drying up government revenues they continued to spend spend spend. They talk a good game when they are not in power but once in power it's a different story altogether. They are the ultimate hypocrites and they have no solutions for the problems facing the USA. Worse yet, they prevent any solutions that are PROVEN to work from being used.

This is NOT Canada....the social programs....I believe you refer to national healthcare there...will not work here. Why? Because this country is far more populated than yours, not to mention the 15 -20 MILLION illegal immigrants that are provided for in the Obama healthcare bill. yes...they get FREE healtcare and WE..the legal taxpaying citizens...pay for it. That means higher taxes. We are in a recession....you don't RAISE taxes in a recession...that is GOVERNMENT 101, and obviously, you were absent the day they taught that in school.
Now let's be clear about something here...Obama has been in office less than 3 years....When Bush left, the national debt was 2 trillion dollars. At the current time, our national debt is 14 TRILLION dollars. yet you sit there, stewing in your own ignorance and try to tell ME that this is an ongoing problem from REAGAN??

For the first 2 years of Obama's administration, the democrats controlled both houses of congress....that was when the rammed the healthcare bill through...bypassing normal protocol.
