This was on the Laura Ingraham show

King also explained that he is “old enough to remember what happened in the 1960s when the left-wing took to the streets and somehow the media glorified them and it ended up shaping policy.” He added, “We can’t allow that to happen.”

I could stop right here because that statement speaks for itself. The key parts being 1960s and "we can't allow that to happen." I can name two policies that were shaped in 1960s due in large part to left-wingers taking to the streets, two things that King obviously wishes didn't happen.

Aside from that what the hell does he think the teabaggers were hoping to do when they took to the streets and were glorified by the media
