Bush never successfully "negotiated" any such deal, that is why there isn't one.

Another one. Of course he negotiated a 3 year SOFA. Obama couldn't negotiate a 3 minute agreement.

How was Bush successful if he started a war and only had limited time for legal protections of the troops there? If he was successful he would have had legal protections the whole time for the men and women he sent there who were risking their lives. How you think putting legal protections our troops up for debate and negotiation is successful policy is not only stupid, but a slap in the face to those wearing the uniform and fighting for our country.

There were no WMDs, of course, and Richard Perle had dumped the blame for the, "bad intelligence," on George Tenet...

Yikes, perhaps that was part of the negotiation. Perhaps he wanted to defer to his successor. The fact is e negotiated one, and Obama could not.

So Of course using your logic, Obama is a failure for not being able to again an agreement for the entire time, he wanted the troops there.

Bush thought that allowing legal protections for our troops should be up for negotiations with foreign officials?
