BTW....I live in the Philly area....I've seen the rabble with my own eyes.
All I've seen is rape, robbery, civil unrest, arrests, drugs, alcohol, sex, urinating and crapping outdoors, stench, illegal camping, etc.
Enough with the positives.......what's the downside?
