Solution to the drug problem in US (legal, heroin, drugs)

1.Legalize pot everywhere for medical and non medical use for 21 and up
2. instead of throwing in jail for drugs , just give them a ticket for having drug like coke ,meth, and heroin .

Yeah this is a great plan. When I think about the communities I want to live in, my first thought is I wish people could just walk around and do meth, heroin, etc everywhere
