Hey, when people think they're right and that they're standing up against a great injustice, they'll go to extreme measure often in defiance of the law. Look at anti-abortion protesters - some have taken civil disobedience as far as violating statutes against felony murder.
The church is only an injustice to the most mentally unstable of individuals. Especially one that supports their cause.

The church has been working with and has been supportive of the OWS protesters. Trinity Church as been letting OWS use its meeting rooms and restrooms for the last 2 month.
