Then why do most conservatives appear to be hypocrites?

Nothing against conservatives, liberals are hypocrites most of the time too.

Well lets take the Tea Party for example.....

They claim to be all about the Constitution, yet they support unconstitutional policies such as banning gay marriage, banning abortion, etc etc.

They aren't as bad as the typical leftist retard, but their claims of wanting to bring this back to a Constitutionally limited government only seems to apply to the policies they agree with.

I believe both the hard core right wingers and the nutjob leftists both suffer from mental defects, just different forms of it. The only use for both of them is as human speedbumps for a fleet of steamrollers. The lefties just happen to be the more annoying of the 2 since they tend to whine more.

We would all be better off if they were uh.....made to disappear.

Cool, except for the fact that the Tea Party doesn't involve itself with social issues. Opposing gay marriage and banning abortion are socially conservative stances, not fiscal. Do you understand the difference?

Tea Party ---> Limited, accountable, efficient government with limited spending and taxation.

Hmmmmm.....

A new analysis by the Pew Research Center's Forum on Religion & Public Life finds that Tea Party supporters tend to have conservative opinions not just about economic matters, but also about social issues such as abortion and same-sex marriage. In addition, they are much more likely than registered voters as a whole to say that their religion is the most important factor in determining their opinions on these social issues

What was that you were saying?

While their demands for fiscal conservatism are admirable, their stance on the social issues is hypocritical at best, or whacky jesus freak at worst.

BS, just because "one" supposed tea party member embraces partial birth abortion ban does not mean that the entire movement does. That isn't their platform and to suggest otherwise is being disingenuous. Are there social conservatives in the Tea Party? Sure, but that's not the basis of their platform.

Do I have to post the other 500 links when you google "TEA party supports abortion?"
