Silly Professor...everybody knows Congress works for special interests. They work for their own interest, not ours. It doesn't matter who we vote for, they all end up slithering down that same path.

Congress doesn't work for special interests...Special interests represent the needs/wants of Corporations and Corporations are people just like you and me...and they have feelings too...Just ask Mitt Romney
I'd have ripped him a new one and then punched him in the face. What a creep! (the congressman, that is). I hope his opponent in the next election uses this video to show how much he doesn't deserve reelection.
Watch the video of the girl behind the congressman, obviously an aide.
For those that don't want to watch, the congressmen gets smug, tells the man that his voice isn't needed because they have already made their decision. Then calls him by the wrong name, and when he tries to correct the congressmen he explodes.

What's good for corporations is generally good for the people. That's what Romney meant.
Profitable corporations mean more jobs/more income FOR THE PEOPLE. What about this concept is so difficult to grasp?
FWIW - I don't think corporations should have no limits and I'm sick of Congress pandering to the special interests, but this basic idea is a point that should be stated and repeated.
I am sorry... as much as I don't like drilling for oil... Brinkley was trying to be an ___wad... and that is what started the whole flared temper attitude... it is strange that liberals see it differently... I guess one would see it objectively and the other will see it politically...
