He's dishonest, didn't know China had Nukes, doesn't know his own position on Libya and layed out a completely impractical tax plan. He's a black male Palin.
My bet is that this woman was his long time "traveling companion." It would be an exciting life for a simple girl to be traveling around the country and maybe the world with some one who would be on the road as nuch as Herman probably was. She probably got all exspense plus a little walking around money as a "retainer." His wife would have no way of knowing as there is no paper trail . A man of his means could easily hide a few thousand dollars in entertainment cost per trip.
