that's partially true however a lot of those people are retirees, baby boomers etc. We had real job growth.

because unemployment is not where it should be in a healthy economy. There is positive momentum in the jobs market and republicans are trying to derail this momentum.

Yeah, that makes sense. The only difference is they don't get a paycheck.

This was a plan to make more jobs , the employers receiving the tax break did not employ more workers . The plan failed its time to scrap it .

They would have to tax someone else more to cut the billions this plan saved employers .

There are TWO reasons for this and the media is not being honest.

1. People who exhausted their 99 weeks are no longer counted.
2. SEASONAL HIRING! Year after year during this recession this has happened. Every November an article comes out how the job market is improving along with the economy. January rolls around and all of a sudden there is an UNEXPECTED rise in UE claims again.

Don't bother to mention that there was another bill by the Republicans that was voted down as well....

Typical reporting by the liberals, only report half the story

Tell me about it. They consider them back to work because they have no clue what happened and they use whatever benefits them the most, in this case, it helps the administration to think that they went back to work.

What momentum? Obama has LOST nearly 2M jobs since being elected, and now you see a slight sign of a bump, and you are willing to ignore Christmas hiring to proclaim Obama is a hero, while blaming the GOP for not passing the very bills you claim helped.

tell me Li, did Obama invent Christmas
