People are not buying into his class warfare garbage, because they inherently KNOW HIS version of US is garbage, HIS vision of the future of the US is NOT what made this country great in the first place.
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Americans are now less likely to see U.S. society as divided into the "haves" and "have nots" than they were in 2008, returning to their views prior to that point. A clear majority, 58%, say they do not think of America in this way, after Americans were divided 49% to 49% in the summer of 2008.
His strategy of pitting one segment of the population against another is clearly turning more and more people OFF.

As Gallup notes, "Americans as a whole are no more likely to see the country as divided into haves and have nots than at any time in the past two decades." Their siren song of divide-and-conquer is falling flat on the ears of the majority of Americans. But the annoying political tinnitus is awakening the real sleeping giant -- those Americans who recognize that our nation did not become great by thinking like V.I. Lenin, Che Guevara, or Chairman Mao.
Bad news indeed for the dems/obama. And I have no doubt obama and his petty, immature, vindictive group of speech writers got some inspiration for his class division rhetoric from the like of Guevara and Chavez.
I dont think he is going to get the votes from those who voted for the first time in their lives last election. I think many ( obviously not all ) will say " hey I voted last time and nothing changed"
