Most presidents are. Why else would they think they alone would be the best candidate to run the most powerful nation on earth and set the tone for global policy? You kinda have to have a large ego for that. You think any of the GOP candidates or past presidents didn't think highly of themselves? Please.

I dislike both, but I will vote for Romney.

Disliking both choices has become the norm for a great many Americans; it doesn't mean people don't choose one or the other.
