The info is there in the links....the info also states cantor stating this was all being done because of recent public pressure. As it should be! The people are pissed and appalled.

Cantor and the rest of them need to send the family home for Christmas so they can stay and do their jobs.

These folks are in big trouble, they better get busy....any hopes they had of improving their opinion from the public just went down the drain.

You think these are related? If this isn't a crook, I don't know what is.

Quote:
House Democrats are circulating a resolution accusing House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) of having a conflict of interest in the debt ceiling debate. The resolution goes after Cantor's investment in ProShares Trust Ultrashort 20+ Year Treasury ETF, a fund that "takes a short position in long-dated government bonds."
The fund is essentially a bet against U.S. government bonds. If the debt ceiling is not raised and the United States defaults on its debts, the value of Cantor's fund would likely increase.

This is what you call blind partisanship. It's done by both sides, this is just the GOP version.
