Two botched surgeries and who thinks a third will work? It won't work because it doesn't fix the problem which is housing costs to wage ratios. As wages continue weaken it will just be stagnation. Banks create most of the money, and banks created most of that money with housing. Housing equity is not on the rise so what new bank credit will be created? All that will help is wage inflation relative to assets. This increases asset prices.

* housing bubble collapse
* weak wages
* down sizing boomers

That is your credit creation engine.

stagflation baby.

I think hyperinflation is about due for the USA. it will allow people to pay off those 600k homes with just 1 paycheck.

Yes Obama is giving you a 300-600 dollars off your mortgage. But keep in mind this is all poitiocal and a 4 billion dollar stimiulus. If you enjoy then you will not care for the youth. Please no morer spending.
