We already have laws protecting kids...... These idiots now want to tell adults they cannot smoke flavored cigars.
Simple as that. I'd be hard pressed to find any good reason for this except to limit freedom just for the sake of limiting freedom.
The only thing dumber than these morons is the idiots that support them and simply can't grasp the underlying point here. Such as Mr. "I'm a proud partisan hack" above.
Doesn't this argument mean we need to repeal all age limits in order to be free?
I'm sure smoking bans are considered risks to freedom too ....should we allow it back in to airplanes?
Seems if you go for anything that limits freedom there are a host of things on the plate
drivers license
dog license
fishing license
required taxes
HSA ( im with you on that one)
Face it we limit our freedoms in order to protect the "higher good" It isn't always a bad thing. When companies care about profits more than safety, we must step in and keep them in line. If the issue is the Dems are protecting the health of the young then I guess the real issue is, Where are the Reps?
So, the right doesn't want laws protecting children but they have no problem creating laws that keep gays out of the military and keep gays from getting married? Can anyone see the hypocrisy
So you are angry at the Democrats for not wanting kids to smoke flavored cigars? Huh??? What planet do Republicans live on anyway?
LOL - why shouldn't I as an adult be able to smoke a flavored cigar if it's all about not wanting kids to smoke them? Why do the ends always justify the means to some of you people?
