We were at the forefront of the no caffeinated beer push in Washington State. Several college kids were sickened after drinking Four Loko Beer. It became a huge story because at first they thought it was a case of mass-ingestion of date-rape drug, but it turned out they just had too much four loko. Gov & atty gen sprung into action and banned it. Sen Chuck Schumer of followed with a federal ban. Now he's going after 'caffeine mist' saying it's a 'club drug.'
