Skin color ain't real reliable in doing race or culture. Many Hispanics are def "white", most quadroon "Black" people have pasty white skin and many Asians do too. OTOH: many anglo whites can be pretty damn brown in color like most Greeks or Italians, some Germans, Arabs, Iranians and so on.

It would be more fair to discriminate on the basis of socio-economic status than race - wealthy blacks don't need a hand up. But practically speaking we need to do anything we can to change the culture of African-Americans to something more like the culture of recent black immigrants, who have lower crime rates and healthier cultures.
They need to change the administration at WWU. They are funded by the state and Washington's demographics aren't the same as the USA average...not even close.
I have a friend whose daughter went there last year and she considered herself a "liberal." After a year at WWU, she left because she considered it just on ongoing ultra liberal brainwashing experience.
it's weird though. those immigrant blacks are so smart and peaceful, but their countries of origin are hellholes. makes you think maybe the key to the success of black immigrants is that many of them come from families that are already middle class or upper middle class in their country.
Strange that colleges consider race more than important than people want to go to college...
