A Michigan man knowingly had unprotected sex with thousands of people whilst diagnosed with HIV, hoping to spread the infection.
Police in Rapid Springs, Michigan, have released information hoping to alert potential victims of a serial philanderer who deliberately had unprotected sex with thousands of people, in an effort to spread HIV. David Dean Smith, 51, turned himself in to Michigan police last week, confessing that he hoped to spread his infection to others.
I'm jealous .. I can only handle one (or maybe 2) at a time!
300 hundred is more like it. No way could a guy who looks like that find 3,000 sex partners. Less than a half dozen of his former partners have shown up at the health department to get tested.
Eh, the guy is a douche but the good news is that HIV research has been making big advances lately. There are rumors that a cure of some kind may be in the works in the not too distant future. Even now, it's a manageable condition that is not a death sentence.
How many is "a few years". I call bulls$it. How is that even possible?
