If we had done this in mid-2011 when we last debated the debt ceiling, we could have set America on a path to economic growth and prosperity. This would have led to more jobs and, in turn, to more duly employed taxpayers generating more growth-driven revenue to help us pay down our debt. Obama has failed in every respect except continuing Bush's foreign policy. His failure to even attempt to meaningfully address the national debt is downright shameful. Marco Rubio needs to be President someday, and soon.
Rubio has an inflated opinion of the importance of his tiny little cog's position in the great wheel of gov't.
