Unfortunately, Rubio can't be president someday. He's not a natural born Citizen and not eligible for Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution. His parent's weren't U.S. citizens when he was born. They became U.S. citizens in 1975. He's just a 14th Amendment statutory citizen.
If Marco Rubio is so "concerned" about the destruction of America under President Obama, then why didn't he run for the office for 2012? Its costs him nothing to run his mouth but he either needs to put himself on the line or hush up.
