This is a take off on the movie Brewster's Millions - where Richard Pryor had to spend 30 million dollars in 30 days.

Obama is spending as much money as possible in 4 year time span. He has never had a Congressional budget to constrain him. He has presided over 4 trillion dollars spent in government so far this term.

And of course - we have no money.

So I will be posting some of the expenditures as I run across them.

HHS commits nearly $1.8 million to health initiatives in Guatemala and to improving global human research protections

Quote:
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will invest approximately $1.8 million to increase its efforts to improve the treatment and prevention of HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases (STD) in Guatemala and to further strengthen ethical training on human research protections.

Oh totally idiotic. Anything that holds out what Obama is doing in the way of spending is so very idiotic. He is not in a position of being able to promise the world to voters without showing how he will buy that world for them. Oh, this is so idiotic to those who haven't seen through the Obama transparency.

Oh yea, spending $1.8 million to increase its efforts to improve the treatment and prevention of HIV is the big spending by Obama, according to the OP.

I'll repeat, it's an idiotic thread based on nothing substantive.

HIV is self-preventing. Quarantine the carriers and the disease will be eliminated.
