I wonder if this woman would be arrested in South Carolina?

Someone can't take a joke!
A Rockville Centre woman was arrested Sunday after she allegedly pointed a handgun at a teen she apparently thought had been ringing her doorbell and running away, police said.
Bernadette Greenwald, 47, was arrested after she pointed a 9 mm handgun at the 17-year-old in front of her N. Forest Avenue home just after 11 p.m. and held him until police arrived -- who promptly charged Greenwald with second-degree menacing, reckless endangerment and unlawful use of a weapon, cops said.
I'm not sure about SC but here in MS it would be considered brandishing a weapon and I would lose my CCW. I can only legally draw when I can also legally shoot. Ring and run or whatever they call it is not a threat to my safety.
I wonder if the one who fled will be charged with the other guy's murder. I hope SO!
That has actually happened with cases like this in South Carolina before so it is a likely outcome. Just last year, a man shot and killed a robber in his home. The other robber ran and got away. He was eventually found and they charged him with murder.
Head shot... Messy. But hey, it worked. Surprised fthat a CCW holder would go for a head shot, though.
It may have been the best shot available as to not hit an innocent bystander. When everyone is standing and you need the projectile to continue in a safe direction once it passes through the threat, change your perspective of the threat (target). You took geometry in school, right? Sometimes it is all about angles.
