It would appear that you're trying to manufacture something to be outraged about. Why? What about Planned Parenthood has you so spun-up? Because they talk about sex? Because they get tax dollars? What?

It's surely because the person is very mad that taxpayers should support an institution that is associated with abortion. It doesn't matter, whatsoever, if it is not allowed tax dollars to pay for abortions.

It appears you have not read the thread. Here, I'll repeat a bit. The rest you will just have to go back and...(gasp) read.

People should know the truth of what an organization is; especially one where tax payer funds go. This organization's emphasis is not on Parenthood. Its about sex and apparently about political lobbying and using teens to promote a political agenda. Its a free country but they should be more honest.

"Some of the other requirements include, but are not limited to, attending World AIDS Day activities, lobbying and other advocacy activities."

"Motley noted that the teenagers were enlisted to make phone calls promoting New York’s homosexual “marriage” bill that was signed into law this year."

Lightbulb Why Isn't PLANNED PARENTHOOD Called PLANNED SEX?

And why would an organization who uses tax payer dollars require that teens, some of whom would be minors, attend a parade with naked people and such?

"A Planned Parenthood program in New York that employs teenagers required them to attend a homosexual pride parade as a condition of employment, causing some to question the organization’s use of taxpayer dollars."

After reading this, I thought I would check out the PP site. The Home Page has a column titled, "Health Information & Services" under which is listed: Abortion, Birth Control, Morning After Pill & STD's. Where was the service for PreNatal Care or What you need to know to ensure your fertility (a very important topic for those career women who actually want to have a baby in the future but are at risk of waiting until it is too late) or The Joys of Planning a Family? I found no heading like this on the Home Page. I did find a link called "Resouces," which eventually took me to a page on Pregnancy for which there were two choices: Testing and Options. Under Options, were listed 3 choices, the first of which was Abortion, the second was Adoption and last was Parenting. I guess if one digs around enough, there is some information on Parenting, but certainly not highlighted.

Seems like the organization is more about promoting sex, avoiding and terminating pregnancies and dealing with the STD's that come with the sex than about "Parenthood." The name of the organization is misleading.

Yeah, sex is dirty, isn't it?

Q: Will all legal abortions be covered by federally subsidized health insurance policies in state "high-risk pools"?

A: No. The Department of Health and Human Services says the only abortions covered will be those in cases of rape, incest or when the mother’s life is endangered.

I did read it. Multiple times, in fact. So you're upset that tax money goes to this organization? You're upset about the perceived deception in your eyes? You're upset about "political lobbying"? You're upset they talk about/educate about/deal with sex and sexual health?

So far your posts appear to be nothing but a morality rant....
