Wow. Now that's stereotyping at its finest. Rich cons are pols or CEO's and the rest are barely scraping by, living in the hinterlands clinging to their guns and religion. I hope I didn't misrepresent you're position.

And who exactly do you think foots the bill for those single, unwed mothers to give birth and future pediatrician visits? You may want to consider that before you start painting liberals with a broad, "state dependent" brush.

Feel free to find this data and present it.
The aggregate is as the OP presents.

<on edit>
I see that you got your information from the OP.

Do you have anything to add now?

Are you trying to make the laughable statement that no conservatives ever get abortions? Really?

Just who foots the bill for all those abortions? Just how much taxpayer monies are funneled into planned parenthood again?

Maybe you can't deal with that, and feel the need to come up with an excuse as to why, yet again, Conservative States lag in important quality of life measurements?
If teen birth rates are up it follows logically that teen pregnancy rates are up. That's how babies are made. The only difference is whether the fetuses are Hoovered out or allowed to live.
