Well, if you are prosecuting people you need proof that it does.

You can't go to people and say "No **** it does"...they would ask where's the proof?

Common sense isn't always true, like it used to be "common sense" if you smoked a joint you would hallucinate and murder everyone you know.

The study says that drinkers who use designated drivers often designate the person who does not drink, but smokes pot. It turns out it is not such a great idea, and I think it would make sense if cops to start measuring the levels of THC as well as alcohol.

Which is exactly why I think drug testing is flawed!

Zero dollars, but I am not sure how many Sterling Pounds the Brits spent, and nor do I care.

So, you knew the risk of collision DOUBLES? I think most people knew it would increse, but I find it surprising that it would double.

If the study said the risk doubles, triples, or quadruples, you'd say "duh" and pretend thay you already knew it. That's what I mean.

It's not important how much. All I need to know to not smoke pot and drive is that marijuana impairs driving. I already know that as it's obvious. Do I really need to know that it is @X instead of 4X? I don't.
