The movie is called Iron Sky and is apparently a hit at the Berlin Film Festival where it was released yesterday. Drudge Report and the Hollywood Reporter has the story up and the feature film shows Sarah Palin as Commander N Chief defending the U.S. from Nazis attacking from a secret moon base. The movie will be released in the states soon. The last time a movie showed a patriotic president defending earth from a outer space threat was in the movie Independence Day. This is sure to create buzz for patriotic Governor Sarah Palin, a natural born citizen qualified for Article 2 Section 1 unlike Barack Obama who isn't.
Director Timo Vuorensola's movie sees an America led by President Sarah Palin fighting off an invasion from exiled Nazis attacking from the dark side of the moon.
It figures the Germans would use Nazi's. Have they really moved that far away from that type of thinking?
It's a Finnish movie, or at least, the director is Finnish. He also created Star Wreck movies, parodies of Star Trek. Obviously the man knows parody and he recognized Palin as the ultimate parody of a presidential character.
None of the Republican presidential candidates got anything like the response Sarah Palin earned from the CPAC crowd. Not even close. I lost count of the standing ovations. Is it easier to get the whole crowd surging to its feet when you’re not a candidate, and nobody in the audience has an axe to grind? Maybe, but no other speaker at CPAC rocked the house like Palin did, either.
