In the mid of 2000 heavy drugs as heroin were widely spread in Russia. It was a real problem for the youth especially in small towns depressed by industrial crisis most of all. After special Anti Drug Federal Police ( GOSNARKOCONTROL ) was established, the problem was solved within 2 years. Now it is almost impossible to buy even pot. The prices have risen 10 times and it became very very risky. Many drug dealers have been imprisoned. It really had worked!
