Ok guys, i have my limits. You know me well, i am opinated, do not get swayed easily Obama and i have made myself clear, was and is not my choice for President.

However in saying all that, i do have limits, my gosh, what was this Judge thinking. I do find this in very poor taste, forget about the racist aspect of it, this is just wrong.
This makes me question the sort of judge this person is.
Jokes are always made like this, and some of you would not care if the jokes are on those you do not like! but whomever does things like this, is plain wrong.
I would not want this judge judging me.

It's quite simple really, the judge is a tasteless bigot.

if he does sentence people, i want to go back and look at his sentencing history of blacks and compare it with whites.

i dont know how anyone can defend this without just being a partisan shill.

I will speak up, this judge is a complete idiot. I too would like to see his sentencing history.
What he did for a sitting judge, is in very poor taste.

What is that supposed to mean? The black community was much better off under Bush, than Obama.

With an astounding black unemployment rate of 16.8 percent, frustration – and anger –among black men is running at a fever pitch, as more black men are no longer whispering, but speaking out publicly against Obama.

But there were many inside the barber shop this week who are old school: Don’t air your dirty laundry in public, they say. Obama gets enough criticism in public from white folks, others claimed, so black people don’t need to pile on, too.

“Doesn’t the brother deserve another term to get it right?” someone asked.

“No,” said the ranting customer. “He’s had more than enough time. I’m worse off under Obama!”
Is Obama's Black Support Starting to Erode?

There is no place for racism on the bench. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior from a Federal judge. Disappointing. I am now curious as to who appointed him. Does anyone know?

Ever since Obama was elected President I have seen a lot of disrespect toward him and the position he holds. He is the President of this country and no matter what deserves the respect the office holds. I'm not saying that jokes are banned but that one is inexcusable.
