Palin makes Obama joke with multiple sexual connotations, mentions words like limp and tells Obama to "grow a big" one (interviews, accuse)

As much as everyone likes arguing, can I get context? The leading from behind was something Obama said that the right took out of context and, unless Obama was making a racy joke when he said it, neither was Mrs. Palin. Pimp with a limp refers to another comment made attacking the President and Big Stick refers to the old presidential adage to "walk softly and carry a big stick."
Can someone give me context? Did the governor make these comments while thrusting her hips at the audience or put her hand down her trousers and snake her arm through her zipper when she used the Roosevelt quote?
If she didn't, then it sounds like this elections typical chestbeating and not remotely true.

Context would be at the links, if you'd bother to click them. ::shakes head::

Taking each of those 'incidents' and putting them together in one statement is crass and deliberate.

I did, and none of those links provided context that suggested it was sexual beyond them using some innuendo.
For instance: If this was sexual, when Biden said "I promise you, the President has a big stick.", then can you provide context for why that wasn't some homoerotic statement designed to shock? Or if it was, can you provide context that his intention was to indicate his familiarity with Obama's genitalia?

'And, of course, he has a busy schedule – with all those rounds of golf, softball interviews with the “Pimp with the Limp,” America can’t afford any more “leading from behind” If he doesn’t have a “big stick” to carry, maybe it’s time for him to grow one.'
That is funny though
She should have rapped it and maybe she would have been invited to the White House.
