The pill is the most over prescribed drug in the world it seems to me. It's even prescribed to clear up acne. I bet in the near future we will find out the huge rise of infertile people are because women have taken the pill too much and hurt their fertility. We are talking about a strong drug that can mess up the body. Of course, it has been politicized so some people will protect it til death.
Yes, because acne is related to hormones. Messes up the body? nah, it balances out some hormones for women.
Keep trying to demonise it though, and I will protect it, its something I take for things that have nothing to do with birth control
Of course we have, but for many of us our contraception has never cost THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS a year!!
Hung up on that are we? I have no idea how much it would cost to got to a Dr annually, have the tests done, pay for prescriptions without insurance but it doesn't change the issue either way.
Lets lay out another fact....CONTRACEPTION IS LEGAL EVERYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES
Nobody is denying women the right to get contraception in the store or at the hospital.
The left is deliberately trying to undermine the constitution by going against the 1st amendment.... right to religious freedom
That's not entirely true. Some people want to use a religious exemption to NOT provide some types of contraception. Even at stores and hospitals. That is the whole reason this controversy exists afterall.

Probably because you have the state entering into the affairs of religion. Only blind ideological nut-job *******s can interpret
Quote:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof
to mean
Quote:
Congress can have an orgy of laws with no respect for an established religion
The only possible answer is they have a mental disease or a sever reading disorder with a little authoritarianism thrown in.
I would like an Iphone, but don't want to pay for it.....
Lets mandate free Iphones for everyone, taxpayer paid
Good lord, THERE IS NO TAXPAYER MONEY INVOLVED IN THIS ISSUE. It's a private insurance plan.
AND, being a "Religious Institution," means Georgetown University gets to shirk paying taxes!
