What happens if you don't pay taxes b.c you don't make money? Other than maybe picking up aluminum cans and glass bottles to the recycling center, and begging for handouts. But all that cash goes unreported. Nothing currently happens to these homeless people.

Should the irs require recycling facilities to collect social security numbers and names from people they are giving cash to?

I mean after all, they do similar things for other places where income can easily go unreported, like casinos, dog tracks, state lotteries... heck, even if you have a job for half a day and quit, your still required to pay those taxes and so is the employer to send in a w2.

Is it time that we stop giving handouts to these homeless people just abusing us good people?

They don't pay their fair share, they cause health care prices to skyrocket, b.c they only use the emergency rooms and drop the bill on all of us.

ITS FINALLY GOING TO END!!!!!! With all these thousands of health care regulations going into place, we will finally be able to stop the disease of homelessness.

If a homeless male or female doesn't find some way to pay for their private/corporate health care plan, they are going to be required to pay a fine before april 15th of the following year.

If they don't pay this fine, once they are caught, they will be given more fines, once they don't pay those, they will eventually be IMPRISONED.

Imprisoned for only caring about themselves, being greedy bastards that enjoy their time, as not to give it to the man.

Just think how good it will be once we have a national registry for health care. If a cop , (you all know how well cops treat homeless people), goes out to ask a person why they are acting all homeless, staying outside and all, he will be able to run up the persons name on the national registry, and notice that this person is .... "uninsured", and hasn't paid his fines, and quickly call the dogs on him, and then put the dogs in the back yard, but the homeless human in a cage for being poor and for not being a consumer of a private company.

Liberals are the biggest hypocrites on earth. They have always belittled homeless people, and always made fun of them when they saw them. Liberals think they are better than any other humans that have strong beliefs , like beliefs in individual freedom to not work, and not be forced to be a customer of anyone, especially insurance companies.

To all liberals, were sorry that we are not celebrities that you worship, that we are not billionaires that pay 15% taxes that you greed to be like, that we are not communists that can get elected to office and give handouts to all your brethren, we are sorry liberals, we're sorry we can't be soulless animals like you.

They don't want to imprison the homeless. They want to take your home and provide it to them free of charge.

That's how the solve the homeless problem.

This isn't just a Dem thing. This is big govt. The more they control the worse it will get. They will decide who gets what. If you owe them money they will make sure they get it regardless of your situation. Prison is the last resort to get some use out of a "useless eater" or "non-producer".
