As we all know from that old and oft repeated saying: "As goes Mississippi Republicans, so goes the nation."

And how do we know the 29% in the article weren't black Republicans?

Clarify what? Stupidity?
I see you fit the category I described very well. Don't you know it is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool......you know the rest.

Now the new Southern Strategy of Ronald Reagan doesn't have to do that. All you have to do to keep the South is for Reagan to run in place on the issues he's campaigned on since 1964 and that's fiscal conservatism, balancing the budget, cut taxes, you know, the whole cluster."

And where is racism mentioned in your quote? It plainly states that the new Southern Strategy is about economic conservatism rather than racism. So what's your point?

How do we know that 37% of Americans don't ride unicorns to work?

Default Isn't it embarassing for Mississippi that 29% of it's citizens think interracial marriage should be illegal?

Seriously, isn't that just flat on embarrassing? It's no wonder why the south is stereotyped as a backwards and uneducated. There is just no excuse for the number to be that high in 2012.

Also don't forget that only 13% of Mississippian support same sex marriage. Also overwhelming majority of Mississippians are creationists and most religious state in the union. It's also the most most obese state and poorest state. The deep south is a backwater **** hole. Misssissippi is pretty much a third world country. If I was born Mississippi I would definitely not be proud of being a Mississippian.
