I came into this one hoping to see willing to do what his constituents want done and had to vote for fiscal since it was all there that I could agree with.
My representative who is in his second year in Congress tries very hard to serve his constituents and it is that that I respect most in him. He sure is not a social animal as far as his policies are concerned. That is the other reason I support him.
The most important thing to me about an elected official is term limits. I don't care who they are, how much I like them or how effective they are, politics shouldn't be a career, from library board of directors to mayor to Congress. Rotate 'em out.

Depends on what office they are running for. Religion is absolutely irrelevant no matter who they are or what position they are running for. Foreign policy is really only important for someone in the position of president or vice president.
