I've heard that the father was the intended victim due to his being a gang member.

I also have heard that the father has been arrested over forty times!

They should be able to charge the father and her for child endangerment for being around the child and allowing him to be around the child and putting people at risk. They should both go to jail, but he should be beaten senseless first.
