The baby is a baby while it is inside the womb. I support the abortion insurance proposal.
So how exactly are you going to get that ink pen to this fetus so they can read and sign those papers and how about having to get things notarized? What kind of job is this fetus going to have that pays enough to make sure those premiums are going to be sent on time each month? That is going to be one very crowded uterus and it sounds pretty invasive to me.
I believe that since so many women have multiple abortions, that the government put a mandate in place that any woman who has an abortion must also be sterilized.

The insurance money would go to assist poor women through their pregnancies and adoptions.
Actually it's a very "personal responsiblity" thing to do and one you will never ever hear about, so don't you fret.
