Handgun on one side, spittoon on other.

Typical anti-2A elitists, hoodies for them but not for anyone who disagrees with their agenda.

On the surface it would seem Open Carry is the best way to stop offending these particular anti-2A activists.

Is there some outrage over hoodies now? I mean - we didn't see enough of them during the 90s and all that gang warfare that was going on? I'm wearing a hoodie now does that mean I'm going be a hooligan or whatever now?

The 2nd Amendment is the last line of defense to keeping/regaining the First Amendment or any other part of the US Constituion.

Why? I guarantee you that on a given friday night in Chicago there are a few thousand people with concealed carry.....mostly gang members of course. Like the guys that shot Dwayne Wade's nephew and 5 others on the south side last weekend. The weekend Trayvon got shot there were 40 shot in Chicago with 10 dead, law enforcement says 80% of Chicago shootings are gang related.

For a modest number of law abiding people to register, be trained and licensed etc. is suddenly going to be a problem?

Honestly, I just cannot follow your logic.

While I don't like the ******* label, I've had to read post after post with the phrase teabagger in it. Since there is no getting through to either pack of raging imbeciles I've resigned myself to the fact that some people are just going to be classless.

I don't like any of the 'tard' labels but as long as someone flings them I'm gonna fling them right back with a little extra

And the first line of defense is keeping the self-Righteous whiners who think they're the only ones entitled to an opinion out of government

Your trolling rants have exactly what to do with the thread topic?

At this point it is a state matter. I don't agree with it entirely because I don't believe anyone has a right to not be offended. However, most states are woefully behind in enacting laws against cyber-stalking/cyber-harrassment and un-invited sexting/cyber-porn. This bill would appear to be an attempt to address that issue. It appears to be poorly written and thus Horowitz's group is correct to voice their concern.
