Please show me where it states one can't be arrested inside their home in the Mass. disorderly conduct statute. If you can do that your comment may be valid but until then not so much. I know several police officers. Their policy with regard to each shift is the ALAP procedure (as little as possible). In other words they don't try to create work by making a needless arrest which create a pile of paper work, reports, and etc.

Of course the standard response here would be to post a video of Bush speaking or allegations of racism. It's as if they think Bush is on the ballot in November. It has really gotten to be way beyond pathetic.
