Radiation is always played down. The govt and MIC make sure of this. It's really insane.
The really scary thing is given an earthquake or stuxnet any one of these facilities could become a nuclear bomb.
There is plenty to be concerned about. External exposure to radiation is the least of it. It is the contamination of the environment and then repeated exposure through the food chain, inhalation etc...
No level of radiation is good for you no matter what kind of yarn someone tries to spin. There is independent testing going on all over because many govt agencies aren't really addressing it. It is curious how we haven't made any regular measurements (that are released) about if we have gotten any increases in radiation levels here... We are in the fall out path so i is only reasonable we have... But why aren't measurements being taken?
Nukes are bad for life it is simple as that. what they release is not something we can live through. If you are in the path you will not have a good result.
Where on the Earth are we to run? And 4 more have been commissioned? that's obscene!

Did you see the vid? Just an amateur with limited gear. Though that meter is one of the better ones. It did look like no gamma. You do need sophisticated equipment to do a good analysis.
However, I don't see it as a "scary headline" just documentation and questioning. Not sure how an amateur Youtube video is supposed to get Sweep Week ratings.

It's because of who funds the programs and who stands to gain. This pattern with nuclear has been established for sometime. It is truly sick, bad tech. There is a reason no one will insure it.
