It's completely irrelevant who started the actual physical altercation. Zimmerman clearly stalked and accosted Martin. Under the best of conceivable circumstances for Zimmerman, he chose to kill someone because his target was besting him in the hand-to-hand battle resulting from Zimmerman's own actions. Martin had every right, legal and moral, to defend himself against Zimmerman's encroachment.
Unfortunately, this is what happens when a trigger-happy law enforcement wannabe derives his "authority" from racial paranoia and an ill-advised, redneck-inspired set of legal statutes.
No proof of broken nose, no proof of welts, one gash on his head which could of happened any time. Plus it was dark, how could any witness tell what was going on since they only saw seconds before the shot went off. Admit it sanrene, all of you Zimmerman fans don't have nothing to back up his story.
a cop will testify that he saw injuries to zimmerman at the scene. is this not a good enough reason to believe zimmerman's story?
I have no clue but I would suspect "Multiple or Repeated Intrusions"
Given the average response time of 90 seconds- I'm certain they'd still 'take a look at it' or say 'hi' if you tried it once and didn't live in the 'hood.
What gets me is after all this time no official medical reports have been released to substantiate Zimmerman's claims. You'd think officials would be interested in releasing info in support of their own decision not to arrest GZ and help quiet all the nasty exchanges and finger pointing.
zimmerman is not on trial, why would he release medical information to the public? HIPAA laws...
if one expects a trial, then evidence given to the public can make it difficult to get an impartial jury.

Right. There are no other things making it hard to get an impartial jury.
There is no doctor-patient confidentiality as there is with lawyers. Medical records can be subpoened, this of course is in the context of an investigation.
HIPAA is more a 'need to know'- so even another doctor at the same hospital has no reason to look at YOUR records if they're not treating you.
