I hate to tell you but you aren't making a concrete argument. You are blinded by your bias and just spewing rationalizations based on that bias.

It can't be all that prestigious - it did after all award a J.D. to President Obama.

As a class? Yes. Stats like that are not private information are regularly published in universities' data digests.

Exactly. My wife gets pestered by her alumni association ALL THE TIME. in fact, we gave them a few hundred last fall, thinking that it would get them to chill out for a while but no, they were pestering again within a month. Many birthers have never set foot inside a university I suspect, and this is probably why they didn't know that transcripts are sealed, or what *** laude means. This is just another one of the tentacles of the monster that is the birther movement. It's sad (and pathetic) that the birthers feel that there is no way an educated person of color could come from the US. It speaks volumes about them as people. Sad little people who want to revisit the 1800s because they are under the misguided notion that things were so much better back then...

Apparently Harvard is going to offer a one credit course to students about Obama attending Harvard but how can that be when they don't have any study material since his Harvard Law Review articles haven't been released? Ironically the course is called 'Understanding Obama'.
First, Fox news didn't report anything. I guest on a show made a comment. There's a difference.

Second, this is so wacky I don't know where to start. First, all college records are private--you wouldn't have to pay anything to keep them private, because they already are by law. A school can't give your records to anyone without your permissioin. Second, the Harvard Law Review is a public document. The president was the EDITOR. The job of an editor isn't to write the articles. An editor decides the content for each issue, for instance picking a topic, and then works with other authors to write the articles and put together the issue. An editor might work closely with an author, and heavily influence the tone and direction of an article, but the editor doesn't write the articles himself. The ultimate job of an editor is to have final say about what goes into the publication.

This explains Barack Obama perfectly - an editor doesnt do anything at all - yet claims credit for what others have built.
