Not to mention fending off corruption charges, defending himself on a rape charge, fathering a "love child," wrestling with various factions within the government such as the IKF, meddling in other countries affairs and a whole host of other things. This guy is quite a character!

Yet somehow the South African economy is growing faster than the United State's economy. In fact despite all that "crappy" African leadership the following countries on the continent have higher growth rates than the United States:
Ghana
Eritrea
Ethiopia
Mozambique
Equatorial Guinea
Rwanda
Liberia

Democratic Republic of the Congo

The Gambia

And yes there is significant poverty and political strife in Africa but the long term outlook is extremely positive. In Africa the middle class is EXPANDING while it is shrinking here in the United States.

Incorrect, you are talking about the claim of genocide against white farmers, particularly white Afrikaans farmers. That is a hotly contested topic. Since independence in 1994, 3,000 white farmers have been murdered, people considered to be soft targets due to the isolated nature of the farms. In the same time frame 324,000 people of other races/cultures have been murdered. Not a justification for murder at all, but many of these farmers don't exactly have the best tracks record for treating their black farm workers well.

I'll use this one country as an example, and ask, "What the h3ll are you talking about?" Most of its 20+ million people cannot even find clean water to drink. Over one-fourth of the population lives on less than $2.00 per day, and they have a 75% youth unemployment rate.
