I wonder if Ann’s idea of working full time as a mom includes having a nanny.

Ann can relate to all black women with two parent head of households.
That is about 10%. Thank welfare and Democrats for that, not some lack of understanding from Ann Romney.

Fix your own house before pointing to others.

If her husband was a good enough earner to afford a Nanny (which creates employment in our nation with taxes paid, God Bless them)
Why is your thinking so messed up?

Making up about 6 1/2 % of the population, in which many don't vote, I'm pretty sure Mitt isn't worried about the "black woman" vote. They are notorious for voting for the welfare, food stamps, wic, wealth redistribution party anyway.

Why would this even be an issue?

Yeah...and they would never vote for her. These aren't the women that are critical to the election.

Can't women relate to women?

What does the skin color of a person have to do with the ability of another to relate to that person?

I guess we are all still waiting for Dr. King's dream to come true.

Dr. King spoke of equality, not entitlements based on race. His vision has been shattered, and it will never come to fruition.

Up until 2008, it seemed like to me race relations were at least improving. Multiculturalism is facing its greatest challenges ever on this continent as well as Europe, the only continents which embrace "multiculturalism" as an asset to their countries.

I've been a stay at home Mom (white) for almost 24 years now, I even ride dressage like Ann Romney does and I have a warmblood like she has. But I can't relate to her.
My husband and I live well enough but we were pretty lean a few times so that I could stay home and home school and raise terrific kids. We sacrificed to do it. My dressage horse was not worth a six or seven digit price tag like hers are. She was free and my daughter and I put a lot of work into her.
Most SAHM's that I know sacrificed other things to be SAHM's. I don't know that Ann Romney did.
Personally, I prefer Michelle Obama by a long shot. I don't condemn Ann Romney. I just don't have a lot of respect for her and I think Michelle Obama is a better role model.
