Looking at this controversy, it looks like it would be difficult to build a coherent case and get any kind of conviction. A jury might not understand the issues (mostly political strong-arming) and Joe is a popular guy there.
Who is dumb enough to not understand that trumping up charges against a citizen for political reasons isn't an abuse of power and violation of law... oh I forgot that I'm on C-D.
