Obviously those that dont work, cannot pay any taxes but an argument can be made, that since 61% of those who dont pay federal taxes, actualy work, they should also contribute - even if on a smaller scale. But Obamas gravy train was constructed as such, that 47% fall under a category that has zero liability as far as federal taxes go. In my opinion, anyone who earns a dollar, needs to be taxed on it, same way the middle class is or otherwise the tax system isnt fair.
