Oklahoma is not Jesse Jackson friendly. Oklahoma was the ONLY 100% RED state in 2008. Obviously, ol' Jesse isn't the brightest bulb in the 4-pack (Obama, Jackson, Sharpton, Far...however you spell his name).
So you admit that blacks should be wary when in states that are considered red states?

Coming out of a pediatric office with her 3 day old baby, where is the outrage, save it, this is a tragedy for this family. Now this poor husband has to raise his baby alone and his 28 yr old wife dead. At the hands of this black women. Why no mention.

Media picks and chooses just what to aire, and they have their reasons!
This women was shot 7 times, and then ran over, there should be outrage.
What makes you think that people are not horrified by this story. I found it extremely disturbing when I heard it this morning. Or am I not supposed to care about the mother because she was a different race?

Yeah he doesn't represent them.
What does black on black crime have to do with civil rights? Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton are Civil Rights activist. I think too many people confuse the failure of the courts and law enforcement agencies with civil rights. Black on Black crime is an easy fix . Mandatory sentencing or the death penalty for anyone committing a crime with a gun or anyone illegally in possession of a gun. Politicians and the NRA won't allow it.

So in your opinion he shouldn’t speak out against violence because his home state/city has violence?

What's interesting is his home town is awash in blood, much of it perpetrated by Blacks against other Blacks.

Well, he arrived when everyone was gearing up for the storm that was taking up half the news already, with dire warnings that for some were realized. His visit on the news was a quick minute without a picture and something about how he talked about poverty, but then they went back to weather. I was thinking about my closet shelter and how it just didn't seem adequate. Maybe he might have gotten a better notice if it had been some other time when mother nature was behaving. Hard to think too much about it when they were saying get your shelter ready when most people don't have one here.

What a shame. I wouldn't want to be a cop. Any potential encounter with a thug, in particular a black one is denounced as racist and your life can be ruined. Not worth it, just let them run amok.

Harrison is now facing a 1st degree charge of manslaughter. According to court documents, Harrison willingly, unlawfully and unnecessarily killed Scott as he was resisting an officer. Court papers also state Harrison fired at Scott twice but missed him. When officers caught up to Scott, one officer tried to use a taser to stop him, while Harrison shot at Scott again, this time shooting him in the back.
