Yes this one has been here before but I think that we need to be reminded over and over that HR 347 is now law signed by the President. Just think what one could do if he carries some prostitutes around to bribe the Secret Service with that the rest of us can't do. Think what would have happened to the Representative who called Obama a liar, to his face. How about when the youngest, in terms of service, male Justice shook his head and said "Not true" while The One was speaking.

If we haven't had one part of our freedom of speech taken away illegally, what has happened. Nothing but an amendment can take away a part of the Constitution and yet it appears that politicians have succeeded in doing it to us.

A statute cannot amend the Constitution.

Oh yes it can. It's called pass the law, even though its contrary to the Constitution, and hope the judges rule your way, or ignore it entirely. Congress does not operate the way you learned it does in high school civics

By damn you are right so this law is ready to be declared unconstitutional by the only branch of our government that looks out for us. I wonder how many people will have to be released from prison from violating this unconstitutional law.

This case is much worse than what they did with Obamacare. This one gives the Secret Service, you know the prostitute lovers, the right to declare where you still have freedom of speech. This one scares the hell out of me in that Republicans in the House failed to hold it back. In fact, it originated in the House.

That's why I have little love for the GOP. Lots of bad bills come out of the GOP, just like the Democrats. The only thing both parties can agree on is taking our freedoms away. That's why I'm an independent. I heard about it a while ago, but because Alex Jones said it, it isn't true

Again, a statue is not the same thing as an amendment to the constitution.

If they are the same to you, then you have no idea what either actually is. You might want to learn what they are before opening your mouth again.

I guess everyone forgot about the guy that Clinton's secret service locked up the guy that held up the sigh saying "Clinton Sucks"! He was in jail for several days. No free speech here!
