The vast majority of that sort of thinking is on the left side of the aisle; Hitler and Stalin had a lot in common, and the libertarian philosophy rejects any use of coercion solely for political purposes.
However, forcing the man or woman in the street to "purchase" overpriced and low-quality "services" from a unionized public sector is a form of coercion.
