I was 5 blocks straight north of the Murrah building when it happened. My building shook, windows broke, chandeliers came down.

Yet I didn't think about the anniversary until I heard a blip about it on the radio late in the day. I felt a little guilty for not realizing it was the anniversary.

I saw mention of the anniversary in several online news outlets and on my local news on the actual day.

I never understand why people start these threads that are so easily disproven.

Nor on social media or on C-D and I think that's a good thing. All it does is turn Timothy McVeigh into a media celebrity again which we don't need.

It's much better to let people remember and grief privately in their own way. It's more dignified and it's better for our self-image than having some cheesy Hollywood production and month-long TV specials.

Don't be. Life goes on. Living in the past stunts our future.

You are so wrong ...

It is the 20th Anniversary for the OKC bombing, 22nd anniversary of the federal Waco murders, and 240th anniversary of the Battles at Lexington and Concord.

Militias had nothing to do with OKC. You have been deluded by the leftist media.

I wonder if it is allowed to park a Ryder truck in downtown OKC on the morning of the anniversary.

The OKC conspiracy theory is compelling but I don't want to believe it. There's actual witnesses now that claim to have seen it being set it up.

I think what it is, is that I don't see a real motive for it. What was the event used for?
